Initiate Your Request

Log into your EasyPhones account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
